  1. Good info. I started giving people a folder (purchased from Vista Print) with a list of things to bring to their next appointment, a written fee quote and some FAQs. The FAQ’s are recycled blog posts. The idea is that people are more likely to keep a folder than a business card. Seems to work. Almost without exception that folder becomes the repository for their BK stuff going forward.
